Website Uploads and Community Information Dissemination:

We aim to upload information by 30th of each month; the deadline for receiving

information is 15th of each month.  Information should be written in Arial font point 10.

NOTE:  only after information has been approved by the Round Table will it be disseminated to the public via our databases.

Personally Provided Information:
If you choose to provide us with information about yourself through an e-mail, message, form, survey, guestbook, contacts list, verbally or otherwise etc., we will only maintain that information for the purpose of the communication through our database. In keeping with the Privacy Act, all personal records are securely held by CaribOz's Administrator and/or authorised personnel agreed by the Management Committee.  All personal information gathered under our organisation will be used in accordance with the Privacy Act.

Guestbook Information:
If you choose to provide your personal details on our Guestbook, including your email address, we will endeavour to remove your email address from public viewing where possible.  However, we cannot and will not accept any responsibility for contact made to you or distribution of unsolicited information to you without our consent.

The CaribOz Family does not disclose, give, sell or transfer any personal information without your permission.
